1. Iron rich food - spinach, beetroot,dates, jaggery, nuts.
2. Vitamin c - lemon,amla, oranges (helps iron absorption)
3. Protein - eggs, paneer, sprouts, dals.
4. Avoid tea/coffee: they block iron absorption.
Consult your doctor to add supplements if needed.
