hi mam , I shared recent sonography report ..is there anything to worried about in the report ?

A. Hi mommy mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
