hi, mam I Meenakshi and 2 months pregnant. right now I have not consulted any doctor but will soon consult. mam I wanted to know what precautions do I need to take . what should I eat. can I take iron tablets as I have low hemoglobin

A. hi. .you must visit a gynec. do take iron rich food n drink lots of fluids. startvtaking iron n folic acid tabletes dymuring pregnency esoecialky initialky stage is most important.
