Hi mam. I'm in the 9 th week of pregnancy. eventhough i have taken tablet vomit is not stopping and I have constipation problem which makes me very tired. please say the solution mam

you must inform your gynecologist for once.
take small and frequent meal.
but eat couple of bites less than usual.
take easily digestible food items like khichdi, rice, fruits etc more
drink plenty of water.
you may keep tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice in mouth , twice in a day.
