Hi mam I'm a mom of 3 kids .. 4 months I have UTI with some bleeding .. and now again since past 5 day's I've been spotting , I got inserted mirena 1 and half year ago since then I didn't had periods.. may I know whether it's my periods or again the urine infection is coming back.. due to my quarantine I'm unable to go out and Consult the doctor personally..

A. well to check UTI YOU can do a urine culture test.then you csn rest mire n do a scan.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
