Q.

Hi mam, I have to know how to include high calorie dense food my child. He is not gaining weight he is eating healthy and very active child. pls give me some idea. He is now 9.700 kg ( 27 months)

A. Namaste Mom, You can include foods such as eggs, chicken , soaked nuts and seeds, also can give fresh fruit milk shakes such as mango , banana, chikku, avacado etc apart from this dals, lobia, chana etc panner , ghee, stuff paranthas , sago etc
