hi mam I have taken first doze of covid vaccine soooo I got fever and I take dolo 650 but I have some doubt in fever should I breastfeeding to my baby he is one year 4 months old and is their any issues when I feeding to Baby

take ole ty of fluids. Post vaccination If you experience any symptoms like fever, body pains, headaches, joint pains then take paracetamol . Drink plenty of fluids and adequate rest.
If you have a sore forearm then applying a heat pack will provide a lot of relief.
