as it needs physical examination,I advise you to visit your physician for once.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
eat calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
