#AskTheExpert hi mam, I had posed a query just some time back may be an hour. am trying to find the answer, am just not able to locate the question itself. kindly let me know if my query has been answered

A. I the same page on top clck three lines you see. Click your name and see my answers or my questions. Stil if you don't find You can call contact customer care team. The number is the shopping section. or your can draft an email to customercare@firstcry.com sure they will be able to assist you further. if it's urgent its then its good to call the customer care so they can respond to your query faster.

A. you just need to make sure that you are checking your account on that account you have to go for the dropdown on the dropdown when you will kick you will get your question and you can see the answer there
