hi mam I am nalini.i am feeding my baby from one month. but now the milk is not sufficient for baby.pls suggest for the problem

A. hello Dear mum the more you breastfeed the more will be the milk supply as a breastfeeding mother have lots of fluid fibre also include milk Daliya with dry fruits you are also advised to have jaggery jeera and dry fruit laddu with milk twice a day for better milk production
