Hi mam I am mother of 15mother old baby girl.what is the best nutrition food for her daily routine?

A. In 15 months, there are variety of nutritious foods that can be included in baby's diet like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, veg sandwich, veg cutlet, boiled egg, omelette, pan cakes, waffle, chicken and fish curry with rice, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
