Hi mam I am mother 5 month baby . I didn't get my periods I checked PT also negative I am having white discharge and body ache can I get immediate periods suggest me some exercise r foods

whitish discharge can be due to fungal or urinary tract infections.. better consult your gynaecologist

It Maybe a case that you will get your periods soon what happens sometimes your periods can get delayed by 7 to 10 days that’s called a grey area and that’s very normal in case you’re not pregnant like you mentioned that you just wait for 10 days in totality still if you do not get your periods then you should consult your gynaecologist
