Hi Mam, I am having 31 week twin pregnancy. Just posted a question about weight of babies and you responded . My babies weight is 1.6 kg each. Today I have done sonography and it is showing Umbilical arteries show reduced diastolic flow with high PI , >95th centile is 1.26 and no absent and reversal of diastolic flow is seen in umbilical artery . umbilical venous flow normal continuous flow. I have attached my sonography report . please advice is this matter of concern ?

The weight gain is good for twins and they attain maturity before than the term babies.
There is distress in the pregnancy right now and it might increase and you need to be in constant touch with your doctor
