hi mam I am 28 weeks pregnant and my amniotic fluid is 8.3 only how to increase it and is there any problem if there is low Amniotic fluid.pls help me.

It is actually very difficult to increase this thing it is not in our hand and you are still into a very much average range for that but you need to take more care in terms of your diet and every thing else so I would advise you take a clear advice with a gynaecologist on this and a nutrition is to help you with the right kind of diet plan
