Hi mam good evening Hamra is my niece she is 1 year old girl baby she always vomiting food and she is not willing to eating and she is loosing weight so please give me solutions

It’s probably due to indigestion that is why whatever your child is eating it is coming out and vomiting basically your child is unable to accept any kind of food that you are giving which is why this is happening so you should consult your paediatrician to get it corrected with medicines all these things can easily be corrected
