Hi mam, can you please share an ideal diet chart for 4 years boy. as he is very thin .which foods helps to increase weight n stamina.

A. dear mum, give 5 meals in a day. u shud give variety of fruits n veg. give protein rich foods like eggs, non veg foods, milk, curd, paneer, cheese, pulses, legumes. dry fruits
