Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and yoxru can also do cold sponging of the body if required

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for ever you shouod paracetamol if the temp is 100 degrees or more. And if it higjfevwr around 101 or more then you should give stronger medicine but that shouod be prescribed by the doctor only. Good luck and take care of
