Uma RamMom of 2 children1 week agoA. Hello good morning !! As the baby is 7 months old give semi solid foods once or twice a day rest of the day milk either mother milk or formula milk .
Fruit and vegetable puriee,mash,cerelac, dal kichdi ,porridges are suggested with plain taste.
