Hi mai apni beti ke food gap ko lekar confused hu, mai use 150 ml formula deti hu after 3 hours solid deti hu then after 1.5 hour formula deti hu to kya ye shi hai? Day me 2 time solid and 4 formulq feed hota hai plus mid night ya early morning ek feed. Ye overfeed to nhi hai?

A. Mail planning are more important and timings are more important and milk should be given on demand if your child is eating properly a child can easily be full for two hours to 3 hours so we don’t demand if the child will ask for it then only you should feed the child on milk
