hi madam,my son was suffering from cough but I can use this drops ascroll ( LS) now what iam use

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. alocng with that cough expectorbcant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
