hi madam . my son age is 2yrs 4 months. I am using chicco tooth paste for brushing . 2 days I observed my son front upper teeth a little bit dismissed and the middle of the teeth cracked a little bit . so please let me know it's common and I need to take any precautions. I attached a photo . please reference the image

A. Dear parent, in this picture, two teeth have cavities which need proper treatment i.e. filling. Apart from thos, preventive procrdures like topical fluoride applications , proper oral hygiene measures like brushing at least twice a day should be started. Please consult pediatric dentist for treatment and topical fluoride application.

A. stop using chicco toothpaste , I have experienced the same with my 15 months old , you didn't do anything wrong toothpaste is the casuse ask your pediatrition switch to other toothpaste.
