ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. please give only breastmilk till completion of six months. after that you can start formula or cerelac. early weaning can cause major health issues in babies so please avoid for now

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children5 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and yes you can give your baby cerelac and formula milk after six months and also give your baby semi solid food and fresh fruits and vegetables along with breastfeeding. take care
