Q.

Hi maam. My daughter rejects most of the most I give her. she only eats when I feed her by spoon. How can I teach her to self feed?

A. Namaste Mom, You could start to give her some finger foods, or say cut fruits as such with toddler safe fork as such , also when you eat make her sit along and give her own plate or bowl, kids learn a lot through observing as well
