Hi,Ma baby is 9 month old ..Now a days weekly once or twice he use to cry by holding his breath(breath holding spells)..Ma doctor suggested me to give tonoferon drops and inderal 10 mg tab.. per day 5mg dose..doctor told to continue diz for 3 month..Is it safe to give?

A. if the baby is having breath holding spells this is seen in many babies and just follow the advice given by your doctor don't make the baby cry for long time at a stretch

A. Hello ma’am I would advise you to consult an ENT specialist ones because when a child cries and controls its breath for a longer time it is mostly due to adenoids so it’s a very common thing with kids these days so 1st to consult an ENT doctor in a few doctors advises you to continue with this medicine then you go ahead with it otherwise your ENT doctor can tell you the right medication to deal with it
