It is 10 months old right so you can go ahead with giving each and every thing for breakfast lunch and dinner whatever you are traditionally eaten your cell Upma poha Paratha sandwich but in brown bread oldies things can be given to the child in a healthy manner and for lunch and dinner the similar Roti sabji whatever you are having
