hi ma'am my elder one suffering from adinoids grade 2 .can you please suggest surgery or medication

A. I think right now medicine would be good grade 3 or four or maybe higher than that is suggested that you can get a surgery done but two is not that massive that you get a surgery done but if the problem is persistent all the time then you can think of surgery otherwise with medicine if it helps prefer medicine in this time
