hi Ma'am my baby is 4 month old he has lactos problem since birth ..that's why we are giving lactos free formula milk to him ..but from this month he has upset stomach and we already taking medicine for that but every after 2-3 day he has the same problem ..what should I do ..

it is advisable that you should find the cause of loose motion and the child and whether it is lactose problem or some other infection has to be found out so go for stool examination and remain in contact with the doctor

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes 
Maintain hygiene 
Wash hands often
