hi lst Wednesday my baby 3rd vaccination is completed but after vaccine my baby poop is green mucus colour and she's active status is completely normal no fever is their any problem and what should I do

Mucus can be associated with sometimes stomach infection sometimes cough which is already in the system and it is coming out and lastly could be associated with other issues also so you can see if it is happening constantly for another day or two check with your doctor
