Q.

Hi! Ladies....i am eating healthy and home made food. My milk production has dropped. Hannah is not satisfied with my BM. First i use to take extra carbs in the form of desserts, shakes and sweets then production was nice. But i was putting on lot of weight. I stopped and switched completely to home made meals. I have replaced sugar with organic honey..but bm production has dropped ..what to do?

A. Hello good evening !! Have lactating foods in regular diet. Milk, diary products, rusk, bread toast, papaya, chikoo,raw papaya curry, poppy seeds in curry or poppy seeds milk, garlic garlic cloves in curry, garlic milk, mutton kheema ,, having more water fluids for hydration. Also give frequent feeds Direct feed , breast milk produces on demand on supply the more baby latches the more milk produces.
