Q.

Hi it's important and I need a perfect guidance on giving growing up formula for my 2 year old.. Since she is thin I started giving her growing up formula.. It's been a week.. She has constipation.. where iam going wrong here.. Should I stop giving her formula milk? And also pls explain the mixing proportion of formula powder.. And tell me when I can i give the milk.. Am also giving her cow milk at night..

A. Hello dear parent! The maximum dairy intake should be around 500ml per day. Increase the liquid intake and fibre intake of your child. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Good luck and take care.
