Q.

Hi it’s been three months from c section delivery I feel my tummy is not reduced . What are the yoga and workouts I can do now to reduce it?

A. Wait for another 3 months. Once you finish six months after surgery you can do all sorts of exercises including yoga and abdominal exercises. But until then you can do brisk walking and don’t do any activity that will put pressure on your abdomen
