Hi, it's been the 4th day that my baby boy hasn't pooped. can you please suggest

A. In this age a child can go without pooping for 7 to 10 days at a stretch so not a problem if your child is taking all the feeding properly and urine output of the child is good then there is absolutely no problem in that
