Hi Is it okay to have maggi and maaza once a week and whole wheat pasta twice a week? And are kellogs cornflakes good for 9 yr old kid? Will be waiting for your reply. Thanks in advance. Sonali

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello any pack food like Maggi maza are not at all advised to be given for the child and very rarely it is okay but once in a week it is absolutely not okay and please do not give this will definitely effect the child instead try to give healthy food in the diet and even pasta once in a wireless okay but avoid ready food
