hi, Is it okay to feed my baby soon after I come from work. My in-laws are asking me to throw away some milk and then feed. what should I do?

A. hi no need to throw milk. yes , you can feed your child . no problem. just clean your breasts and nipple area well before you start feeding. maintain good hygiene
