hi is it ok to give milk to my 2yr old kid as he is having cough n cold..also is it ok to give milk at night before sleeping to my kid everyday?

A. yes can give n then do night brushing for teethand if required you can consult with your doctor for further suggestions regarding this to clear your doubts in proper details till then maintain good hygiene which always helps.
