ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 years agoA. No Dear mom it is not a good practice to use soda or fruit salt in cooking because it affects the absorption of various nutrients the natural process of fermentation increases the nutrient content

So don't add but test all foods you can give . try to give everything that you normally have n cook at home . you can should start giving all family foods..only by giving family foods baby Wil get used to it and in further they will hav e all foods. Let it be less oily and spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday and few nuts everyday.
