Hi ,In my wife's scanning report all are found fine but HC is arround 5 th percentile , she is in the 9th month (35 weeks) of her pregnancy ,is it ok to have like that or any measures need to be taken please answer,thank you

Yes it is absolutely normal for the head circumference to be in the 5th percentile it is rather the difference between the actual group and they expected growth should not be more than three weeks.
