hi in my right breast lots of pain ..it's too much hard pls help to cure this

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. seems like plugged ducts. do hot fomentation and remove milk using a breast pump. on some cases.. better consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and start treatment as advised

U Can mostly go ahead be doing hot sponging 2 to 3 times in a day it’s basically called hot compress so you can do that about two or three times that is going to help a lot in soft telling your breast and you gonna feel better the pain is probably just do the hardness
