Hi,Ihave a month old baby and I have severely cracked nipples since I started feeding her..Ihave already applied Nipcare and also coconut oil but no use..Kindly,suggest me a good ointment which can resolve my issue.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician5 years agoA. Himalaya nipple care butter cream to be applied and let the nipples heal inbetwen the feeds. And apply warm compress and also make sure the baby latches properly so entire nipple and most of the aerola is in mouth so that he can suck easily

Aparna SsharmaMom of a 12 yr 6 m old boy5 years agoA. apply mamaearth nipple butter cream. it is a good cream that is effective on cracked and painful nipples. you can also feed your baby after applying it as it is a natural product. my SIL had used it for herself.

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 10 m old boy5 years agoA. hey mommy you can apply the last part of your breast milk or ghee over the cracked nipples and very important is make sure eth latch is perfect. when your baby opens his mouth teh entire nipple and some portion of the areola should be in his mouth. see some videos online.
