hi, iam still breastfeeding my baby and started solids. I am giving solid food daily three times and breastfeeding three times in a day.i want to start giving cow milk and also continue breastfeeding.at what time should I give cow milk and how many hours gap should be there?

A. Dear mum, you can give cow milk in the morning or evening and you can breastfeed in between as per your baby’s demand. Total milk intake for your baby, including breast milk, should be at least 500 ml every day.
