Hi iam pregnant 7month to explain diet plan?

A. Hello mam have small meals at regular intervals and keep your self well hydrated . You may try to include food from all the major foods to get all nutrients in a balanced diet . Have fluids such as coconut water , buttermilk, vegetable soups etc . Also include dry fruits and nuts , grains such as oats , millets , seasonal fruits and vegetables which are locally available, different varieties of dals, eggs and fish if preferred, milk and products as well
