hi iam mother of 2 years 4 months baby boy.my son is not understanding language and not speaking.

A. Then there may be some delay in the growth of your child verbally and in terms of understanding it would be good for you to get examined with your doctor so that you can proceed with what they suggest you for any therapy or something after getting the child
