hi iam a mother of 3 year daughter, from last few month I feeling my menstrual flow is less and it last for two days but they are on time I just feel that flow is hardly happening

A. see i can ruke out pcod. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. mam iam not loosing weight my weight is around 55 but from starting my period were on lighter side but now they are very less
