hi, I would like to diet. now I am 65 kg. my height is 158cm. my baby is 1 year and 6 months old. please suggest a diet chart for my daily life.

A. Hello To lose weight, you can 1. Include nutritious foods like sprouts, egg whites, pulses, sprouts curd, low fat paneer, chicken, vegetables, fruits, nuts daily 2. Avoid fried, sugary, bakery , junk foods 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes Atleast
