hi, I was giving my child breastfeeding he was good in weight too. now my breastfeeding is bcum too low. I tried giving formula milk for 3 weeks he had become sick doctor adviced to stop bottle feeding. now child look very dull too... what can I do to make my breast feeding flow fast kindly help me out?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can start having shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals twice a day and eat a healthy and nutritious diet and drink plenty of water and adequate sleep

TwinkleMom of a 5 yr old girl4 years agoA. Try lactare capsules, you could take two thrice a day and then reduce as your flow/supply increases. It worked for me! P.S. it’s Ayurvedic ftw!
