hi I was getting ankle and knee pain early in the mrng. can u please suggest some calcium tablets. still I am giving feeding

A. Hi mam please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leafy veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your diet please avoid RO purified water please take daily sun light exposure with essential clothes
