hi I was feeding my 5 months old baby and at the last spoon I found there was a bit of dish washing soap in her bowlis it serious should I take her to the doctor please help

If your baby is behaving normally and there are not any changes in babies baby you’re at your baby is not vomiting then everything is fine and nothing to worry about. You should just give sufficient water so it will be easy for you baby to digest it properly
