Hi, I was covid positive because of that not able to feed my 3-month-old baby now when I got my negative report I have tried to feed him but milk is not coming...I am a little worried I am taking granules but no result... please help.....what should I do I just want to BF my little one...

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom have lactation tablet have shatrvati Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
