Hi I wanted to know is it ok if I regularly give my child cow milk in the morning? Because somebody suggested I should avoid coz these days milk is very adulterated?

A. See if you do not have an option other than giving milk in the morning of course you can give milk every day once in the morning it’s not a problem and somebody who was giving you this idea of not giving milk is also not wrong because there is too much of adult and the animals are vaccinated so it’s not a very good idea to continue giving animal milk
