Q.

hi I want to change bottle nipple size..he is using small size pigeon nipple since birth now he is 4 month old.. small size take so long tym to finish milk ..but tried many times medium size but he vomits after every feed what can I do

A. you should not change the nipple size if your baby is comfortable with the present size. if you increase the flow, baby might choke or release milk from corners of mouth. unless you find the baby tired and trying hard to suck on to, do not change the nipple size. slow feeding mimics breastfeeding . there is nothing to worry about.

A. use Philips advent or piegon bottle as it comes with baby age and nipple flow is increased as per age
